Where are the retreats held?

Do I need to prepare before attending the retreat?
Yes, we recommend the following: Begin reducing processed foods, alcohol, tobacco, and other substances Start gentle meditation or breathing practices if possible Reflect on your personal intention for the retreat Stay well hydrated and rested prior to arrival
What is a Vedic-Shamanic Retreat?
It is a healing and inner awakening experience based on ancient Vedic teachings from India and ancestral shamanic practices. Through conscious breathing (pranayama), meditation (dhyana), natural therapies, sacred ceremonies, and deep contact with nature, we aim to activate and purify pranic (vital) energy.
What’s the difference between the 7-day and 3-day retreat?
The 7-day retreat offers a deep immersion into advanced purification, fasting, and sacred ceremonies—ideal for those seeking a complete transformation process. The 3-day retreat is a condensed, intensive experience focused on rapid physical, emotional, and spiritual detoxification.
What is included in the retreat cost?
The investment includes: Accommodation in the sacred mountains of San Rafael, Colombia Vegetarian meals based on Hindu natural principles All therapies, ceremonies, and sessions listed in the itinerary Courses in natural Hindu cooking and daily live music therapy Medicinal herbal infusions and all practice materials
What is Shivambu Therapy?
Shivambu, or urine therapy, is an ancient practice mentioned in the Vedic texts (Shivambu Kalpa Vidhi). It uses one’s own urine as a natural medicine for deep detoxification of the body and mind. It is completely optional and facilitated by experienced guides.
What types of ceremonies are held?
Some of the sacred rituals included are: Sacred Fire Ceremony (Havan or Homa) Plant medicine ceremonies with Jurema (Mimosa tenuiflora), Capi, Mambe, Rapé, and cannabis oil Mantra initiation with Yapa Mala Purification rituals at waterfalls and herbal steam baths
Do I need prior experience in meditation or yoga?
No prior experience is needed. All levels are welcome, and every practice is guided and adapted for both beginners and experienced participants.
Are there any physical or medical requirements?
A physical and energetic assessment is done at the beginning of the retreat. Some practices such as fasting or cleansing therapies may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions. If you have health concerns, we recommend contacting the organizing team in advance.
What should I bring to the retreat?
We suggest packing: Comfortable, lightweight clothing (preferably cotton) Warm clothing for cool nights in the mountains Swimsuit and towel for waterfall and steam baths Reusable water bottle Notebook and pen for journaling or insights Natural or eco-friendly personal hygiene items Flashlight or headlamp Your own Yapa Mala (or you’ll receive one during the retreat) Musical instruments (optional, if you wish to share)
How can I prepare emotionally and mentally?
Set an intention: Take time to reflect on your purpose for joining the retreat. Disconnect: Reduce screen time and social media use a few days before. Eat mindfully: Transition to a lighter, plant-based or vegetarian diet if possible. Release expectations: Each journey is unique—come with openness and curiosity. Rest well: Arrive with energy, as the healing process can be intense.

To book your retreat, simply contact us through our website or social media channels. Once we confirm availability, you’ll receive the payment instructions. A deposit is required to secure your place, and the remaining balance can be paid upon arrival. Spaces are limited to keep the experience intimate and personalized.
